Collapsing Downloaded Transactions/Bill and Income Reminders pane

After upgrading to Q14, most every time I open an account register the Downloaded Transactions/Bill and Income Reminders pane is open for view.This pane below the account registers used to be collapsed, and I opened the pane infrequently as needed with arrow icon on right-hand side of pane tab bar, or clicking on the appropriate tab. Now I have to click such arrow icon to collapse and gain as full a view of register as possible.

Have looked through Qkn Preferences menu but haven't found an option to land on an account with register using all available space and the subject pane collapsed.

It's a known problem. You'll have to wait for subsequent releases to see when/if Intuit will fix it.
