Q07P and Prudential

I've been using Q07P for a week or two and thought everything was fine. This morning I went to OSU and all my passwords were gone and it wouldn't let me add any (didn't show any accounts and 'add' was grayed out). I entered them all by hand and now they seem to be back.

And during this I realized that my Prudential 401K update wasn't in the list. I tried activating it and it says they're not a supported institution! But I'd been downloading with them for years in previous Quicken versions! What a pain since I can't go back now so I'll have to waste time trying to call Prudential and figure out what's going on

I had this same problem with Fidelity NetBenefits when I first upgraded to QP2007. I previously posted the solution (which was simple). Here's the text of my previous post, dated 8/3/2006.

********** OK, problem solved. Instead of trying to reactivate One-Step Update for my Fidelity NetBenefits account, I just went into the register and clicked "Update Transactions." Here, it simply prompted me for my customer ID and password twice, as it normally would when reactivating one-step update for an account. Anyway, it worked. Of course, I had to then edit my PIN Vault to save the password, and all seems fine. Fortunately the deactivate/reactivate process did not cause a download of a ton of old transactions (as has happened to me with other accounts in the past). Anyway, a heads up in case anyone else sees this issue.

Regards,

Margaret
