Switching Prudential pension funds

After months of struggle, the prudential has written to me to say that becuase I am unhappy with the perfroamnce of the 'with profits' fund, I can swap to another prudential fund 'without loss or charges'. They have sent me a nice 'Fund broucher' with lots of nice sales words, but no facts.

Does anybody know anywhere where I can get performance figures for the prudential funds for say, the last 5 or 6 years, so that I am prepared for when the prudential man comes out in 3 weeks time to go through the paperwork with me?
