Equifax statement.

When I ckecked my Equifax credit report today, it listed all the search and insight info, but not my accounts with Smile and Natwest.

That said, Natwest did come up under the search info, but not the insight info.

Any ideas why? (I have not credit Experian).

Also, what exactly are Call Credit and how to they relate to the other two credit reference agencies?

Essentially, there are three companies in the UK (Call Credit, Equifax and Experian) that are licensed to maintain credit data.

Equifax is perhaps the most prominent, followed by Experian then Call credit. financial institutions may send their data to one or more of these providers. financial institutions may check one or more providers when they process credit applications (and they have to tell you which one(s) before they check).
