just signed up and its fascinating. One query, I bank with First Direct, and neither my current account nor visa card show up. Why is this, are personal banking accounts treated diferently. I have an overdraft (used) and a balance on the visa card. Everything else bob on

Bank or current accounts don't always show - my Abbey National account never has done, although my A&L and Nationwide current account do (don't ask why I have three bank account - too complicated!).
I always get reports from Equifax and Experian because not all credit provider subscribe to both credit reference agencies. You can sometimes get information on one but not the other, and vica versa.
