Anyone know where I might get a list of ISAs that allow transfers in ? I have been looking at the various headline grabbers, but all seem not to allow transfers in.

Nationwide ISA Bond - two years fixed at 5.85% - useful considering that interest rate futures suggests rates dropping in approx 12~18 months following a peak in 6~12 months.

Indeed, I found the same. Anyway, the new boys on the block with headline grabbing rates will doubtless screw you in 12 months time (e*g, I*G, etc). I prefer something that likely to be consistent over a few years.
