Anyone know if there's something wrong on my end for this? I added a credit card from my daughter's CU to her account. OSU (direct connect) updates the online balance (stated below the register) fine, but we never get any transactions downloaded.
Is this something I'm doing wrong from my end, or does the FI need to throw on a switch somewhere. Strange; I've always had a all or nothing for downloads, never a 'partial' information is provided.
Andrew: This happens to me every month with Express Web Connect and BofA/FIA. It also used to happen on my NASA FCU checking account, also EWC.
My Citi Business Visa also does this ALL the time, that one is Direct Connect. So, I've just learned to live with the glitches. Bob
They problem only put the transactions on the server once a month like Bank of America.

Do you have the option of Web connect for that account?
That depends on where the cc was originally opened. My BoA-old MBNA downloads transactions as they happen. Ditto with my cc opened at BoA.
I've seen other BoA accounts that only download at the end of the statement period. Can't remember which FI those accounts were originally opened with.

Some banks only update balances or very recent transactions on initial downloads... also some banks update the online balance before adding the transactions... I usually wait a while and the transactions show up. This isn't a Quicken problem, when I was using Money, I had the same problems with the same banks.
