Anyone know if there's something wrong on my end for this? I added a credit card from my daughter's CU to her account. OSU (direct connect) updates the online balance (stated below the register) fine, but we never get any transactions downloaded.
Is this something I'm doing wrong from my end, or does the FI need to throw on a switch somewhere. Strange; I've always had a all or nothing for downloads, never a 'partial' information is provided.
