Quicken 2012 Currency List

I installed Quicken 2012 Premier yesterday. So far I see almost nothing different, except the following.

In One-step Update, I choose to have it get currency exchange rates. That's something new, but to see them, do I have to go to Tools | Currency List (or Ctrl Q)? If that option is chosen, is there no automatic display of the currency list? Do I need to somehow turn on an automatic display, or is that not possible and I have to do it manually?

One other question about the Currency List: The display "Rate/$" shows the number of units of the foreign currency in one dollar. Can I change it to show the number of dollars in one unit of the foreign currency?

There's a very nice new feature here. In the register I can enter the amount I paid in a foreign currency, and then press the first letter of the currency's name (at least for some of the major currencies) and it will automatically convert the number to dollars using the latest exchange rate it has. So for example, If I enter 24.50p (the number of UK pounds I recently charged on a credit card, it will change the amount to 38.78, put "Est." in the Reference field, and put ?24.50 in the memo field.
