Quicken.com synch with Quicken 2012

Hi! If I synch my desktop quicken file with quicken.com where you check the box at the bottom of the one step update window, will I be able to see checking account balances per quicken, not just what has cleared the bank? I know I can't make edits or entries to my desktop quicken from quicken.com, just checking to see if I can access my ending or current balance from my phone which is often times different than my bank balance due to unpaid debits. What about mint? Thank you.
