Quicken/Smartphone synchronization

[Quicken Deluxe 2011, Vista Ultimate SP2]

Despite breakup of Quicken & Landware, I have successfully kept on using Pocket Quicken by just entering Quicken password at every sync.

QUESTION (of those who have also kept using Pocket Quicken): Does it continue to work on Qkn Dlx 2012?

Already have SplashMoney on backburner as alternative, but it would require more steps on my part at each "sync".

I cringe at the thought of losing my aging smartphone, because I also don't know if Pocket Quicken would load on new MS Mango phones from HTC and others.
