For those who have experimented with the mobile app and cloud setup...
Is there a way to set up a desktop account for mobile sync without specifyi ng the corresponding FI?
I can't find one so far, and want to avoid the apparent "constant"/frequent updates and exposure of all my data in the cloud. I am basically looking t o set up sync between mobile app and desktop accounts, where the account in volved is actually a subset shadow account to the real one. If this can wor k, I can use mobile app to enter transactions on the go to my checking or c redit shadow accounts, and later at home I can copy over the new transactio ns from the shadow to the real accounts. Once I clear out shadow accounts I could go back on the road again.
PS For old timers who used to use Pocket Quicken, this would be the cloud r eplacement for that software, which worked fine through Qkn 2011. Maybe I s hould have first tried Qkn 12, but I didn't, so here I am, asking again for your help.
