Mobile App shows account not chosen to sync to cloud

I tried to use the mobile app to sync only credit cards while I am traveling. However, even though it is not checked in the accounts to be synced on my desktop, it syncs an investment account. I have turned off syncing in the Quicken Mobile and Web tab on my desktop and checked the app, and nothing shows. I can turn sync on and add any single account and it will also add one investment account. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times with the same result.

I am using Quicken Premier, Version R54.16, Build 27.1.54.16, on a Windows 10 computer.

Any help?
