I just installed the Android mobile app and it wants me to add accounts from the desktop.
How do I do that???

You add accounts from the desktop after enabling Mobile on the Mobile & Alerts tab.
Thanks. I was able to add one of the accounts that gave me a 209-B error when I tried to make some payments, but not the other. And I still got the 209-B error message after I enabled the mobile app.
