My credit card may have been hacked - alert company questioned me - and so the number was cancelled and I was given a new card. Following instruction s on this forum, I was able to edit the Quicken account and change the numb er. But now I can't get it to download. It keeps returning me to the set up screen and i enter correct UN and PW. All I get is a screen that lists the card and in another column says 'ignore' but i don't know where that co mes from. I tried downloaded the web-connect file from my account online, b ut when I click on it or try import, I get directed back to the set up scre en.
