quicken xg and quicken 2007

Other than one being from Canada and one from the US, what is the justification for charging $99 for xg over $19.99 for q2007?

I'm guessing that $19.99 would be for Basic. Does XG include features that would normally be in Quicken Deluxe and for which users pay extra?

Also, are you comparing apples to apples, or is that $99(C) and $19.99(US)?

XG is the Canadian equivalent of the US Home & Business version.

Thanks. From the cdn website, it appears there is no basic version available.

It's my understanding that there is only one Canadian version, and that version contains all the capabilities of the most expensive US version: Home & Business.

That's what I don't understand...makes no sense for the average user.

Guess I'll go for the US Version...

Not true. The Canadian equivalent of the "basic" version of Quicken is called "Quicken Cash Manager".

Thanks for clearing that up.
