As far as Quiken is concerned, it's just a type "investment" account.
That's a Scottrade problem since they only download some transactions with onestep update. You may have to use your paper statement (after downloading and printing) to make sure everything has been entered into Quicken or download some QIF stuff to get the missing data before you begin your reconcile process.
