I was offered a job with incentive stock options to purchase x number
of shares of the company's common stock at y price per share, vesting
z shares upon start of employment. However, I had left the company
after several months before I received any official
certificate/document of such a stock option. Do I have the right to
ask for the x shares of the stock? Do I have right to exerise the
option at stated exercise y price? Thanks.
