If anyone has been having trouble downloading transaction from the Franklin-Templeton website, as I have, I received a call this afternoon telling me the problem has been identified and the corrective code will be installed on the Franklin-Templeton website at the end of the month. They want to wait till tax season is over.
It was a prolem that came up with their new design website.
