Why do certain stocks still show up on my Portfolio Screen?

(This happens on both Q2006 Deluxe and Q2009 H&B)

There are a couple of stocks (well, at least one stock, one mutual fund, and one option) that still show up on the Portfolio tab, even though I do not own any shares any more.

I've checked and double checked the transactions. I've definitely sold out all the shares. It's not a short sales/cover (that is, the buy is definitely at least one day before the sells). It's not a rounding problem (these were round lots of 5,000 shares, so it's not like I had a buy of

34.5556 shares and the sell doesn't QUIIIIITE match). I've checked that lots are specified correctly.

The only way I can get these suckers to disappear is to filter the security, which is sub-optimal. It doesn't happen with every stock, but only a few.

Any clues?
