I was a Wachovia customer who was converted to WF. There were a few minor problems the first week, specifically some transactions were downloaded twice. But since then everything has been OK.
We are having some trouble with a mattress purchased 13 years ago. Quicken gave me the exact day I paid for it, and I was able to go back to my physical records for 1997 to get the exact date of purchase and the sales receipt.
We have submitted a claim to the manufacturer because of the 20-year guarantee. This would not have been possible if I eliminated older records at year-end time.
