Hi, For the 1040EZ line five if you file as a single with no dependents and take the 8 thousand dollar option how many exemptions total do you have?

One personal exemption.

One exemption, for yourself, plus the standard deduction.
You've received a correct answer to the question you asked, but I can't figure out why you asked it. The tabulation of personal exemptions doesn't come into play with the EZ.
