Are Pubs 560and 590 going to be reissued for 2014? The IRS web site just has the 2013 tax year versions. I hope to call the 1-800-829-1040 phone number this coming week to try to find out, but hoped someof the regulars here might know.

The 2013 version of Pub 590 says (on the front page!)
After 2013, Publication 590 will be split into two separate publications as follows.
Publication 590-A, will focus on contributions to traditional IRAs as well as Roth IRAs. This publication will include the rules for rollover and conversion contributions.
Publication 590-B, will focus on distributions from traditional IRAs as well as Roth IRAs. This publication will include the rules for required minimum distributions and IRA beneficiaries.

Are you expecting some major revision? Other than inflation-adjusted amounts, I don't recall that there have been any significant tax law changes, and maybe one court-case-related change about maximum rollovers allowed per year.
Looks like the split of Pub 590 is posted now. Still curious what key changes you were looking for...
