E-filed on 2/22 via TT. On checking, it says received and is bein processed. Last year, it went faster (amazingly).
Is it going the stated 3 weeks for refunds (say routine returns), or is it slower.

I filed mine earlier (I forget the exact date but state balance due debited on 2/17) and no refund yet. Same thing, says it was received and is being processed.
