Somewhat confused. Does the new CTC go in affect with TY2020 returns? If so, what about the folks who already filed their 2020 returns then?
Ex: Daughter filed TY2020 with 3 qualifying kids for CTC, got her refund in a timely manner. Will the IRS send her a catch-up type check or if any, monthly pmts for difference?
