i have a client that is a new business, focusing on estate dispersal, meaning they come in after the death of a loved one, and help familys handle the inventory and clearing out of the household contents, sell, donate etc, clean the house and if needed get ready to put on the market. mostly for families out of town and cant be local to handle this task.
i am trying to research if they are taxable for nys sale tax, and i am not sure what business code this would be under, as it is quit unique.
any suggestions????
