I want to estimate my 2018 tax situation. Are there any forms available yet to do this? What I'd really like to do is fill out a 2018 tax return. I don't see an easy way to modify my 2017 return, especially if I use TurboTax or H&R Block software.

There are no 2018 tax forms available yet. (I suspect that the IRS hasn't even started working on 2018 forms.) With an Internet search you can find web sites that will give you an estimate of your 2018 taxes. I don't know how accurate any of them are. Here's a link to one from TurboTax. It will give you both 2017 and 2018 results for comparison.

The 2018 IRS Form 1040ES is used to estimate 2018 taxes under the new tax law.
