TaxACT has an area on their schedule E data entry form, in the section where you can choose your annual elections for small taxpayer and de minimis safe harbor, where you are supposed to enter the "eligible building property description".
What exactly should go here? If the schedule E is for a two family house do I just enter "two family house"?
