Health Insurance Premiums reimbursed by divorced spouse

I currently pay the health insurance premiums through my company and my divorced spouse reimburses me the difference between single & family coverage as part of our divorce agreement.
How do we claim the deduction for health insurance premiums when filing our income tax this year? We live in Massachusetts.

Simply prorate the amount paid by each on the two returns and maintain suitable records to document same.
