I know that this is not a tax question, but with all the smart people here maybe somebody knows. I went through the SSA web site from top to bottom, from side to side. I could not find an e-mail address to send a question not answered in the FAQs. Is there one?

When you look at the answer of a FAQ, you are asked whether your question was answerd. If you select, "no," a pop up window appears that allows you to give feedback.Unfortunately, there is this statement on the feedback pop-up, "You will not receive a response."
So, to get an answer not provided in the FAQs, either call the Social Security Administration or visit a nearby office.
Not directly. The SSA lists an office in Jerusalem you can call and e-mail for assistance.
