Does anyone have a referral to a GA tax attorney? Situation involves clients who were located in Atlanta area but relocated to FL who have issues related to their GA LLC. The issues are legal and not tax-related at this time, but the resolution may have significant tax implications and I would prefer they meet with someone who can explain both the legal and tax ramifications.
