Compliance Manager, to $100K
Large public company based in Atlanta is seeking a Compliance Manager. This position is responsible for overall compliance with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including: monitoring the quarterly self-testing and annual self-assessment processes, maintaining and updating internal control documentation, assisting external auditors in the Section 404 and financial audits. Requirements include a degree in Accounting, CPA, public accounting experience, a minimum 8 to 10 years of total work experience and working knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
