This bill is now law. Most of the tax changes to fund the law involve foreign taxation. The bill also repeals advance payments by an employer of the Earned Income Tax Credit effective 2011. This is the amount in Box 9 of a W-2 that many volunteer tax preparers seem to miss no matter how many times those of us keep reminding them.
