Does anyone know of a tool (web based, spreadsheet, etc.) that will allow one to model their taxes under the TCJA? (I.e. something that I can enter my 2017 numbers and see what it would have looked like under the new rules?)
Try this and report back. I have not used their 2018 version yet. Not sure if it deals with the pass through business income reduction.
You could try TaxCaster, from TurbotTax, at the link below. You enter your numbers and it will give you 2017 and 2018 estimates. It's also available as an app for Android or iOS.
