of which 67% is TAX. Sorry MORE TAX.

Our lovely government yet again bends us over the table and gives us a rogering...

Also what's happened to all the complainants, mostly hauliers, who used to set up road blocks etc and that was when it was 1 per litre. Or have they now all gone bust.

The day the roads start to get quieter instead of busier, calmer instead of more frantic, and everyone left on the roads is driving frugal cars I'll start to believe petrol's expensive enough. ;-)

What's the problem? Use less and you'll pay less.

Absolutely, stop working, stop paying any sort of tax, including that on the petrol you won't be using and let some other poor bastard take the strain, whilst you get the benefit(s)! Some people are born to be subsidised, so let's all join them.

doohhhh, dint fink a dat...

No, it doesn't cross many peoples' minds.

No, that's cos most of us have to travel to our work in the quickest most expedient way. On the odd occasion I have caught the bus which cost me 7.50 each way and took twice as long and was a fukin orible ride. So do more finkin mate.

It's your choice. There's obviously an alternative for you but you _choose_ not to take it despite the increase in fuel duty. Stop moaning then.
