I'm writing a student paper on American Stock Exchange, and I'm looking for informations about organization of doing business on the stock exchange, trade regulations, rules that apply on the company listed, price index on that particular market place (NASDAQ), and the statistic data about the trade traffic on the stock exchange. On their main website, I can't find much information needed, so if somebody could help me with this, I would appritiate it very much!
