I think "alcohol-driven" and "throwing up" should not be used in such close proximity.

I seem to have forgotten that I *wasn't* in bed by 10 o'clock after all so maybe you are right. At least I have good taste in poetry, I defy anyone to declare Burns off topic *anywhere* on NYE.

Nobody really sorted you out, the person who came closest was Martin, you need proper advice from a proper Chartered Accountant, the sorts of sums of money you are talking about make anything else a false economy.
