Hi there,
Quick question on Bankruptcy. As I understand it you can't be a company Director if you declare bankruptcy, but are you able to be a company secretary?

Unlikely as when you try to open a company bank acount checks will be made to see if the people behind it are bankrupt.

True, but supposing the person declares bankruptcy AFTER becoming Company Secretary, can they maintain that position or must they resign and hand it to someone else?
