Best Accounting/Business software package?

Sorry if this is a little OT but I need a little more help and thought the guys here might be able to help.

Which out of the list of software packages below would be best (easy to use, useful features, compatible with accountants & IR) for a sole-trader start-up retail business?

QuickBooks Sage MYOB Simply Books Other?

Thanks in advance!

I am very reluctant to part with any more cash once I've bought it. I am favouring MYOB at the moment. Has anyone had any experience with it?

Ianhre blarted:

I still use my old Qbooks 6 which is great if you don't need tax tables. Newer versions are getting a real slagging in the quickbooks newsgroup, mainly because the software writers and support have all been farmed out to the third world.

Best thing is, you can run Qbooks under Linux with Wine.
