Whats the best place for this? (i.e. non-cowboy).
I'm guessing that you'll always get more by selling rather than just cancelling a policy???

As Graham hinted at, in my experience buyers are now very picky. Many endowments are completely unmarketable due to the strength of the fund/parent company.
