Experience shows that the only truly Independent Financial Advisor is yourself. Save yourself the commission and the duff advice, and do a bit of reading. (Oh and by the way, get rid of that endowment policy ---these are ripoffs ). My advice: cheap discount brokers' Maxi-ISAs stuffed full of low management fee All-FTSE tracker funds. Will surely beat any precipice guaranteed income bonds, commission and fee laden pension scheme etc that any IFA will offer you.

Cheers Fred
