I am posting here under a pseudo name so as not to attract attention but let me just tell my story. I work on BEHALF of Capital one and there is war going on at the moment for people who have gotten Payment Protection Insrance on their Credit cards when they didnt ask for it. Can people e mail me if they have had this. Its being blamed on the employees but we suspect its the system VECTUS that they are using.
