I have a seventeen year old daughter currently in thye lower sixth form if she were to get a part time job would i still be eligable for the child tax credits. She is still in full time education and working 16 hours per week not including overtime. Any information would be helpful.
I don't understand the tenses you are using:
"if she were to get a part time job"
and
"She is ... working 16 hours per week including overtime"
Do you mean that she's in full time education, she works 16 hours a week plus overtime and she is considering another part time job?
