I have been looking at a web site:

as a result of another thread. There is a link at the bottom of their page to the "Claims Standard Council" This link takes you to :

Does it to you imply it is part of the Department of Constitutional Affairs?



In my mind it does - am I just too cynical, or is this the intent?


It says it is a trade association of firms which are regulated by the DCA.

Seems to be neither the intent nor the effect. Just read it S-L-O-W-L-Y.

Yes that is my impression too and they it appears they are breaching Crown Copyright "Crown copyright protected material (other than the Royal Arms and departmental or agency logos and photography) may be reproduced free of charge in any format or medium, provided it is reproduced accurately and not used in a misleading context."
