Hi, I'm looking at buying an investment property at auction and every property listing site seems to have tons of stuff from Choices Acquisitions (choices.co.uk) - they say they are not the estate agents or auctioneers and won't arrange a viewing without a fee (£250 +VAT minimum).
Anybody have any experience of them good or bad?
Or indeed any alternatives who have worked OK for you?
