As it has been pointed out in other postings that the situation regarding Foreign Nationals married to UK citizens opens a can of worms is this a matter that any solicitor who handles Wills/IHT should be able to handle or is a specialist in the subject needed?
If the latter how does one find out who is a specialist?
Should an IFA be involved and again similar questions?
The amounts are not massive but are over the standard 263k threshold.
