Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, but I can't seem to find any more suitable newsgroups...
I've been trying to use my (previously fully functioning) Visa Electron card online in 2 different places all day. One I use regularly is giving a 'System Error' the other is 'unable to register' my card. I called my bank's phone service who said there was no problem with the card so it must be the Electron service itself.
I understand this happens occasionally, but it has been for around 12 hours now it hasn't been working. So, does anyone know if there is a way of checking with the Electron service to see if it is that which is at fault?
