Believing that I was mis-sold a mortgage endowment in the late eighties I contacted the FSCS to get a complaints factsheet. They state that they can only help if the endowment was taken out before the 28th August 1988. Mine was taken out in early 1988 there fore they cannot help me. Can somebody tell me where I should go next or give me general advise on this matter? Thanks
