Falling house prices - HOW TO make money ?

I'm an Englishman and I understand. Do you have a problem with people buying homes as an investment? Seems perfectly moral and sensible to me!

Holland has its own housing bubble as you are aware. House prices in Utrecht were just as bad as London. At the time I had the money I was looking at a small apartment (piso) in an unfashionable part of Spain. I could have got one for about £15,000. Now I think the same places are selling to Brits for £60,000. So getting a property is now something that will never happen unless I get very lucky.

Do you think it is acceptable for US drug companies to buy up the rights and patents to organic drugs and then charge the African countries to use the medicines at overly inflated prices ?
