FAME business database

Does anyone know how the 'FAME 'business database is accessible free of charge. I have done a search on the web and most free access is controlled by ATHENS, a portal for all universities and educational establishments. FAME was developed by a company called Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing

Athens is a system that universities use to control access to services such as FAME: if you are a student or staff of a university which has bought a FAME subscription you can get an ATHENS login which you can use to reach FAME
