Is it possible to electronically file accounts with Companies House (in Croen Way, Cardiff) using their WebFiling service?
Online I see all sorts of other company documents which I can file but I don't see annual accounts.

No. Its the annual return that can be done, but not the accounts. That would need to be done by sending a PDF and I think they are keen to have an original signature on the accounts.
